Warranty
GNet Med guarantees new equipment other than accessories to be free from defects
in workmanship and materials for a period of eighteen months (six months
for disposable accessories) from date of shipment under normal use and
service. Our company's obligation under this warranty is limited to
repairing, at our company's option, any part which upon our company's
examination proves defective.

Procedure
Contact the Service Department by
a Service Claim Form with detailed information of the problem. Please
provide the model number, serial number, and a brief description of the
reason for return, a clear picture for showing the problem is better
evidence.

Procedure
In the event that it becomes
necessary to return a part to our company, the following procedure
should be
followed:
Before the shipment of the
material, obtain a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) Form. The RMA
number, description of returning parts and shipping instruction are
included in the RMA Form. The RMA number must appear on the outside of
the shipping packaging. Return shipments will not be accepted if the RMA
number is not clearly visible.
If you are not completely
satisfied with your merchandise, you may return it for a refund
within 7 days from the date of delivery. Freight
will be paid by customer/distributer. Returns will not be accepted
after 7
days.
Returns with no RMA number will be
refused!
Returned merchandise must be sent
back in a box (padded envelopes will be refused) with original product
packaging, parts and accessories in the same salable condition it was
received in or the package will be
refused.
Freight
Policy
Out of box failure: The device
proves to be defective but it has never worked after reaching to
distributors/ customers within warranty,
then GNet Med will pay for the freight in both
directions.
Within warranty period: The
distributors/customer is responsible for the freight of the device which
is shipped to GNet Med for repair. GNet Med is responsible for the
freight from GNet Med to the distributor/customer.
After warranty period: The
customer undertakes any freight for returned device.
